   Flushots for 36 months and over: Available for all patients and their parents

 

H1N1 vaccine availability:  (By appointment only)

   Flumist: Available for all patients who do not have chronic medical condition.

   Flushots for 6-35 months: Unavailable at this time, please check back.

   Flushots for 36 months and over: Available for all patients and parents of newborns less than 6 months.
